Abstract

The paper presents the detailed description of the conditions of soil formation, soils and soil cover of the parts of the reserved area «Belogor’e»: «Forest on Vorskla», «Ostras’ev steep bank», «Yamskaya steppe», «The walls of Izgorya». The names of soils are given in accordance with the new soil classification of Russia (2004). This research is the first attempt to provide the complete systematic list of the soils, extended in these preserve territory.
