Memories of V. K. Vasilevskaya’s nephew
Abstract
The memoirs are dedicated to a famous plant anatomist, Professor V.K. Vasilevskaya, who worked at the Botany Department of Leningrad University in 1930–1980. They feature stories about her educational training at Central Asian University in Repetek, a sandy research station in Central Karakum, and family gatherings in Komarovo near Leningrad.
